In this release, we revamped the traffic control layer to handle up to 50k req/sec with minimal latency penalty.

Distributed Rate Limiting: Added sliding window counter backed by Cloudflare KV and Redis.
JWT Cache Layer: Validated JWT tokens are cached for 60 seconds, reducing auth overhead by 82%.
Health check endpoint: New /healthz and /metrics Prometheus endpoints.
